Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured, with public liability cover on every job. Any requested information can be provided.

Do I need to be home for a window clean?

Not for external window cleaning. We just need access to all of the windows.

How do I pay?

We take most payments through GoCardless, a secure online payment system that makes paying quick and easy. We also accept cash, but we prefer GoCardless if you can.

What if it rains?

No problem. Appointments are only cancelled because of the weather in extreme cases.

Which areas do you cover?

Most of our work is in Waterlooville and Portsmouth. We also cover Southsea, Havant, Cosham, Gosport, Fareham, Eastleigh and Southampton, and sometimes as far as Chichester.

Can I set up regular window cleans?

Yes, every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Regular customers get priority booking. Message us to get started.

Can I bundle services?

Yes. Booking driveway pressure washing and window cleaning together is usually around 10% cheaper than booking them separately.
